## Scope and limits

- The tools process selected file contents in the browser. The website still loads application assets, fonts, workers and, where needed, model files. Hosting and Cloudflare handle connection data as described in the privacy page.
- Google Analytics 4 is optional and stays off until the visitor chooses Accept analytics. No analytics tag, analytics request to Google or analytics cookie is used before that choice. Global Privacy Control keeps analytics disabled, and every tool remains available with analytics off.
- When allowed, usage measurement includes controlled page labels, canonical page addresses without query strings or fragments, referrer origins, coarse tool/output milestones and initiated downloads, plus Google's normal consented browser/session metadata. It excludes file contents/names, photos, document and financial entries, raw errors, exact file sizes and processing settings. A ready result and an initiated download are separate milestones, not unique-job counts or proof of a saved file. Analytics preferences in the footer can stop new measurement without reloading tool work; the privacy page explains cookies, retention and previously received data.
- No account or payment is required for the available tools. Source-size limits, supported formats, browser capabilities and available device memory still apply. Free access does not mean that every input or arbitrarily large job can be processed.
- A KB target is a maximum to work toward, not an exact byte-count or readability guarantee. Check the actual result, dimensions and visible detail.
- Local photo processing does not establish passport, visa or other portal acceptance. Check the current official instructions for your application before editing a photo.
- HEIC conversion depends on a compatible platform decoder and file variant. JPEG output is lossy; a PNG conversion cannot reconstruct source detail already lost.
- Photo metadata removal omits the source blocks used by the workflow. It is not literal removal of every format header or of visible information in the picture.
- PDF page rearrangement is not document sanitization. Review features, annotations and retained content in the exported file.
- Keep originals and review downloads before submitting, publishing or sending them.
