Local file processing

YoursToUse processes the images and documents you select in your browser. The tools do not send those files to a conversion server. Results are created locally for you to download; this site does not provide cloud storage for your source files or downloads.

Processing a file is separate from visiting a website. Page delivery, downloaded assets, browser storage and messages you choose to send are described below.

Website requests

Your browser requests pages, scripts, styles, fonts and other assets. Some tools also download libraries or machine-learning models before they can work. An asset download does not include the file you are processing.

Our hosting and delivery services, including Cloudflare, receive connection details such as your IP address, browser information and the address requested. They may retain operational or security logs and use cookies needed for delivery or security. Local processing does not make those website requests anonymous.

Optional usage analytics

Google Analytics 4 stays off unless you choose Accept analytics. Before that choice, we do not load its tag, send analytics requests to Google or set analytics cookies. Keep analytics off leaves the tools available. A browser sending Global Privacy Control keeps analytics disabled.

If you allow analytics, it receives visits to published pages, coarse tool-use and output-status events, and download actions. Page addresses are limited to our published canonical routes; query strings and URL fragments are excluded. Referrers are limited to their origin, and page titles come from controlled site labels. Google can also collect normal consented browser, device and session metadata, including cookie-based identifiers. This measurement is not anonymous browsing.

We do not send file contents, filenames, photos, document text, financial entries, raw error messages, exact file sizes or processing settings to analytics. A broad processing outcome can be ready, review required, partial, fallback, no output or unknown. A ready status is a tool-reported result, not an independent quality or acceptance verdict.

We measure a known ready result and a download initiation as separate milestones, called tool_success and tool_download. They are not an added count of unique completed jobs. A download event does not prove that the browser saved the file to disk.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days without renewal on each page load. Your browser may remove them sooner. If you return after expiry while analytics is still allowed, new cookies can be set. The Google Analytics user- and event-level retention setting is two months; that setting does not limit the lifetime of standard aggregated reports.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Turn analytics off stops new measurement, clears pending events and removes the Google Analytics cookies this site can access, without reloading your tool or clearing its work. It cannot recall data Google has already received. Your choice is remembered in this browser until you change it or clear the stored site data.

We do not use Yandex Metrica, session recording, advertising tags or review-prompt counters. Advertising storage, user-data and personalization consent remain denied. Google Signals and Google Ads linking are disabled in this configuration. Google describes its own data practices in its Privacy Policy.

Information kept in your browser

The site remembers your light or dark theme and your analytics choice. Some tools also keep practical working data: invoice numbering is remembered on the device, and invoice, quote and receipt drafts can be held in the tab's session storage. Downloaded model assets may be cached for later use. These local records are not sent to an analytics service.

Browsers can restore session storage when reopening a tab or session. Use the tool's Start over control to clear its draft on a shared device. Stored site data can be removed in your browser settings; that does not delete files you have downloaded to your device.

Links and email

Official-source links and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Following a link is separate from processing a file in a local tool.

If you email us, we receive the address and message you choose to send so we can respond. The existing support address is hello@exactpic.com. Support correspondence is separate from the files processed in your browser. We do not add support correspondents to a marketing list.

General-purpose tools

The site has no user account system or child profiles. Contact us if a child has sent personal information in a message so we can address the request.

Operator and questions

YoursToUse is operated by MASTERPANEL LLC, Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Its details are on the About page. To ask about privacy or report a concern, email hello@exactpic.com.

We will update this page when the service's data practices change. See Security and local processingfor ways to inspect requests and understand the tools' limits.

Optional analytics

Help us understand which tools people use with Google Analytics. It receives page visits and tool actions, never your files, filenames or document entries. The tools work with analytics off. Privacy details
