What this page helps you do
Remove unwanted pages from a copy of a PDF, such as blank scanner output, duplicate sheets or a cover that does not belong in the final document. The remaining page sequence is visible before you export it.
How to use the result
Review the thumbnails, delete the pages you do not need, and inspect neighbouring pages before downloading. Base your choices on the actual page content rather than only its printed page number.
Before you rely on it
- Compare the remaining page count with the intended document.
- Open the export to confirm that no required reverse side, continuation or attachment was removed.
Limit to keep in mind: Deleting changes the visible page sequence; copied resources may retain omitted-page data, and metadata or attachments can remain. It is not secure sanitization. Use a redaction workflow for sensitive material.
Clean up a scanned packet
Blank reverse sides, duplicate scans and obsolete cover sheets can interrupt a document's reading order. Remove them deliberately, then inspect the page before and after each gap so you do not accidentally separate related material.
Check a suspected blank page at a readable size. Faint writing or a small page reference can disappear in a thumbnail.
Remove pages, not details inside a page
This operation changes the document's visible page sequence. It does not cover or remove a particular name, signature or figure inside one of the retained pages.
Use Redact PDF when specific content must be removed from a page you need to keep. Removing a whole page is also not a secure sanitization guarantee: underlying shared resources and document-level information require a separate review.
Keep the source and inspect the copy
The work happens in your browser and the result is a new downloaded PDF. Keep the original until you have confirmed the new file contains the intended pages in a sensible order.
If the recipient has a size limit, check the finished file's bytes separately. Deleting a visible page does not guarantee a proportionate reduction in file size.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I remove several pages in one operation?
- Yes. Select the unwanted pages in the thumbnail workspace and remove the selection. Review the remaining sequence before downloading.
- Will this replace my original PDF?
- No. The tool builds a new download. Keep your original as a reference until you have reopened and checked the edited copy.
- Does deleting a page erase all of its underlying data?
- Do not use page deletion as a secure-erasure claim. Shared resources may retain material associated with omitted pages, and properties or attachments need attention as well. Use a redaction workflow for confidential information.
- Can the tool find blank pages for me?
- Review the thumbnails and choose what to remove. Inspect faint scans and small footers before deciding a page is empty; the page-selection workflow should not be treated as automatic content review.
- Is the file uploaded for editing?
- The PDF is read and processed on your device. A local workflow still requires you to check the exported copy before sharing it.
