PDF — merge several by adding more than one, up to 100 pages in one export
What this page helps you do
Combine several PDFs into one ordered document for an application, handover or shared reading packet. Page thumbnails help you verify the sequence across file boundaries before creating the combined copy.
How to use the result
Add the source PDFs, check where each document starts and ends, then reorder or remove pages as needed. Export the combined document after the full sequence matches what the recipient should read.
Before you rely on it
- Compare the final page count with the pages you intended to include.
- Open the export and inspect transitions between documents, mixed page sizes, form values and any output notices.
Limit to keep in mind: Combining pages does not make scans searchable or reconcile duplicated content. Treat signed, interactive or protected PDFs carefully and retain the source files for their original document properties.
Prepare one attachment that makes sense
A combined file is useful when a recipient asks for one application packet or one set of supporting documents. Check that requirement before merging: a portal may instead need separate uploads, a maximum page count or a smaller file.
Include only the documents needed for that purpose. The thumbnails let you review their combined reading order instead of relying on filenames alone.
Check order as well as page count
If you keep all pages from a three-page application and a two-page certificate, the result should contain five pages. That total does not tell you whether the certificate comes after the application; inspect the transition in the downloaded file.
Use the same check after removing a duplicate or moving a signature page. Keep the source documents so you can compare and rebuild the packet if necessary.
Understand what a merge changes
Page content is copied without turning every page into an image or recompressing its pictures. Existing text can remain selectable, but image-only scans do not acquire an OCR text layer. Read export notices and inspect forms, annotations and other document features.
A single PDF export supports up to 100 pages. Larger jobs and browser-memory constraints need attention before export; the tool displays its applicable limits.
Merging is not confidential-data removal. Review the visible pages, properties and attachments before sharing, even though document processing takes place on your device.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I reorder pages from different PDFs?
- Yes. Pages from the added documents share the same thumbnail workspace. Arrange the finished sequence, and rotate or remove unwanted pages before exporting.
- Does this upload the documents?
- The browser reads and combines the document bytes locally. It still needs the website's code and assets to load; local file processing is distinct from the connection used to visit the site.
- Will the combined PDF look exactly like the originals?
- The merge copies page content without rasterizing it or recompressing images. Check export notices and compare important pages, forms and annotations with the sources rather than assuming every PDF feature will behave identically.
- Can merging make a file safe to share?
- A merge changes how pages are assembled. It does not find confidential information or sanitize the document. Inspect the result and use a redaction workflow when sensitive content must be removed.
