PDF — merge several by adding more than one, up to 100 pages in one export
What this page helps you do
Prepare an ordered PDF from one or more documents, with page removal, rotation, splitting, watermarks and page numbers in the same workspace. The thumbnail sequence acts as a checklist of what the exported reader will encounter.
How to use the result
Arrange the pages first, then apply optional numbering or a watermark and export. Review the notices for any document features that require special handling.
Before you rely on it
- Verify page count, sequence and orientation in the exported file.
- Check that added numbers or watermarks do not obscure content and that any form values remain readable.
Limit to keep in mind: Organization is not sanitization: copied resources may retain omitted-page data, and metadata or attachments can remain. It does not perform OCR or redact sensitive content. Retain originals when signatures or interactive features matter.
Arrange the packet in its reading order
Add the documents that belong together, put introductory material first, correct sideways scans and remove duplicate pages. The shared thumbnails show the intended packet across all the sources.
Before export, check each transition between documents. Filenames and a correct total page count do not establish that the material reads in the right order.
Choose the output you actually need
Export the arranged document when you need one PDF. Use a page range to keep a specific selection together, or an every-N-pages split to divide the document into consecutive parts.
The original PDFs remain your reference. Reopen the download and compare important pages, the final sequence and any notices about document features.
Review privacy separately from page order
The organizer processes document bytes in your browser. That avoids uploading the source for these operations, but does not establish that the result is suitable for disclosure.
Deleting or extracting pages can leave shared PDF resources and document-level information. A name inside a retained page also remains. Use the redaction workflow for sensitive content and inspect the final copy before sharing.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I arrange pages across several documents?
- Yes. Add the PDFs within the displayed limits and use the shared thumbnail workspace to place their pages in one sequence. Rotate or remove pages before exporting the combined copy.
- What is the difference between a range and a split?
- A range exports the chosen pages together as one PDF. An every-N-pages split divides the document into PDF parts and returns them in a ZIP. Check the first and last page of the outputs.
- What happens when I rotate with nothing selected?
- Rotation applies to all pages when there is no selection. Select only the affected pages when the document mixes portrait content, landscape tables and sideways scans.
- Can the organizer open a protected PDF?
- A permission-flagged PDF may open without a password. A file that needs a password to open cannot be processed here; open it in your PDF reader with the password and save an unprotected copy first.
- Is organizing a PDF the same as sanitizing it?
- No. The visible page sequence changes, but underlying resources, metadata or attachments may remain. Use a redaction process for confidential information and review the exported copy.
- Will pages become images?
- These page operations copy existing content rather than rasterizing the document or recompressing its pictures. Existing text can remain selectable. Inspect notices and document features such as forms, annotations and signatures in the result.
